X. MISCELLANEOUS RULES

A. “League-Owned” Teams. Any team that has not had its league fee paid for will be considered “league-owned”.

1. The Commissioner will operate any league-owned team and set the starters each week unless an interim team owner can be found to voluntarily operate the team.

2. League-owned teams will be permitted to use the waiver wire as league rules permit. League-owned teams are not permitted to perform any trades.

3. League-owned teams may participate in postseason play if they qualify but will not inherit any winnings. Any monetary winnings accumulated by a league-owned team in the postseason will be split equally amongst all team owners at the conclusion of the postseason.

4. Interim team owners who decide they want to compete for postseason winnings must pay the league fee of the league-owned team in full before the start of the Week #6 games.
