IX. OFF-SEASON RULES

A. Trading

1. Off-season trading opens upon the conclusion of the EFL Pro Bowl and closes at midnight June 30th. Regular season trading rules apply.

2. Trades should be made with potential keepers in mind for the next season. Trades may be vetoed if it is determined that the players involved are not potential keepers.

3. Draft picks may be traded in the off-season as long as the team owner has fully paid league fees for the following season.

B. Keepers

1. Keepers will be chosen 3 weeks prior to the start of the draft. Each team owner will select 4 keepers (1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR and 1 extra player).

2. Team owners who do not select their keepers by the announced deadline will waive their keeper selection privilege and the Commissioner will decide who their keepers will be. No exceptions.
